Safety for the customer and a consistently high quality of our products are of particular concern to us. 100% of all parts that leave our house are therefore subjected to a quality check. In development, we use our own test benches to simulate the loads in driving mode. Prior to the market launch of new products, recognised institutions in Germany also check their durability in continuous operation.
Each of our products is the handwork of a passionate team that does precise and focused work every day. Through an accurate quality plan we generate a high reproducibility and due to the fact that we map all production steps in-house, we know our products down to every single carbon fiber.
Since we also produce in the areas of aerospace, racing and medical technology, we can form many synergies with our production of bicycle products. Therefore, we are proud to operate a production with such quality standards - MADE IN GERMANY.
NO SLIP APPLICATION - patented
NO SLIP APPLICATION (NSA) is our interpretation of fiber-friendly construction. This application is an innovative layer of special NBR rubber that is baked directly with the component during the manufacturing process.
This patented modification of the surface is applied especially in clamping areas. In places such as the saddle tube and the connection of the handlebars to the stem, it ensures a balance of tolerances and an increase in friction. As a result, the tightening torques can be reduced by up to 60%!
The risk of twisting and moving decreases. To the same extent, your safety and your driving pleasure increases. By the way, crackling noises and surface damage are now a thing of the past.
The special, thin rubber layer is inserted as the first layer into the shape of the respective component.
2. CARBON LAMINATING
Now the individual pre-impregnated carbon mats (prepregs) are gradually placed in the mold. This is followed by the inflatable inner core, the upper half shell and the curing process in the autoclave.
3. NSA PRODUCT
In the autoclave, the high pressure at high temperatures means that the NSA rubber layer is fully and visibly connected to the carbon. Now the NSA product is ready and the rubber layer is permanently and evenly connected to the component.
